Emily brings more than 20 years of experience in business management to her role as Operations Manager at the Konen agency, which she joined in January 2025. She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership and has built a career spanning finance, healthcare, non-profits, government, and insurance. With a proven record of operational excellence, Emily is dedicated to strengthening organizational processes, supporting team development, and enhancing the customer experience.

Prior to joining Konen, Emily held leadership roles including Director of Operations in the scientific research sector and Employment Services Manager for a mental health non-profit. She also gained valuable perspective as a small business owner. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to drive efficiency, implement innovative solutions, and align teams with strategic goals. Emily is a strong advocate for the use of technology in the workplace and is particularly focused on the integration of AI, project management tools, and performance optimization strategies.

Emily lives in Oswego with her husband Scott and their two teenage sons. When she isn’t cheering her kids in band competitions, she enjoys writing, traveling, working on her digital art business, and contributing to her community.
